No. If everything is outside and accessible — driveway, garage, curb or yard — leave a note in your request and the crew will text photos when the load is gone.

Hazardous materials: paint, solvents, oil, fuel, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition and pressurized tanks. We can point you to a local drop-off site for those.

Do I have to move things to the curb?

Never. Two-person crews carry everything out from wherever it sits, disconnect appliances, and sweep the space before we pull away.

What happens to my stuff?

Recycle first: usable items go to local donation partners, metal and cardboard get recycled, and only what's left heads to a licensed transfer station.

How is pricing calculated?

By the volume your load takes in the trailer — minimum load, quarter, half or full — plus the service starting rate. Heavy debris (concrete, dirt, roofing) and stairs or long carries add a flat surcharge.

Is the instant estimate the final price?

It's a close range based on what you tell us. Dispatch confirms a firm, flat price on site before anything is loaded — if you don't like it, we leave and you owe nothing.

No fuel, dump or labor add-ons. The only extras are travel for outlying service areas, heavy debris and stairs/long carry, all shown in the estimate before you book.

We take card, tap-to-pay, cash or check after the job. Invoices post to your client portal, where you can download a branded PDF with one click.

Do you invoice businesses and property managers?

Yes. Commercial accounts can be invoiced with net terms and a certificate of insurance on file — mention it in your request and dispatch will set the account up.

How fast can you come out?

Book before noon and central-area pickups usually run the same day. Outer areas typically go next-day, and county outskirts schedule within two to three days.

What time will the crew arrive?

You get a two-hour arrival window the day before, plus a call or text when the truck is about 30 minutes out.

Every request shows a live Submitted → Scheduled → Completed timeline in the client portal, updated as dispatch moves it along.

Do you work weekends?

We run Monday through Saturday, 6am to 7pm. Sunday jobs are available for commercial sites by arrangement.
