412+ loads hauled, rated 4.9 out of 5

“Booked at 9am, garage was empty by 2pm. The crew carried every last box out themselves and swept the floor before they left. I did not lift a thing.”

“We run three remodels at a time and Plata's Junk Removal is the only hauler that shows up when they say they will. COI on file, invoices in the portal, no chasing paperwork.”

“Dropped the trailer Friday, picked it up Monday, exactly the price the estimate said. Being able to download invoices as PDFs makes my month-end reconciliation painless.”

“Storm dropped two trees across the fence line. They quoted from photos, came out the next morning and hauled it all. Slight wait because of the distance, but worth it.”

“Old fridge, freezer and a pile of shelving gone before we opened. They handled the appliance disconnects and recycled the metal instead of dumping it.”

“A full house in one day, and they set aside everything donatable without me asking. Handled a hard week with a lot of care.”

“The status timeline in the portal means my PM stops calling me for updates. Submitted, scheduled, completed — she can see it herself.”

“Instant estimate on the site was within ten dollars of the final invoice. That kind of honesty is rare in this trade.”
